Rincon Parkway Campground
This scenic stretch of roadway offers outstanding views along the Pacific coastline and the Channel Islands. The Rincon Parkway is a linear campground that spans most of the Ventura shoreline between Faria Beach County Park and Hobson Beach County Park, located on Highway 1 off the Ventura Freeway. There are 127 parking spaces available for Recreational Vehicle use on the asphalt shoulder. There are no day use parking spots between RVs. Tent camping is not allowed per County of Ventura Ordinance. All RV’s must meet California Health Code Section 18010, as there are no electrical hook ups, dump stations, shower/bathroom facilities or water onsite.
The beach is narrow and wet at high tide, providing excellent opportunity to walk along the shallow surf at lower tides where the sand gradually slopes. The widest part of the beach is located on the north end of the parkway with day use parking. Toilets are located along the campground in various spots.
